Terms and Conditions: *

I/We hereby grant permission for the above-named child(ren) to participate in the activities organized by Babysitting Revelstoke. I/We acknowledge and accept that participation in these activities may involve certain inherent risks. Booking Times: - All bookings require a minimum of 4 hours during the day and 3 hours during the evening (after 4pm). - During peak holiday seasons, a 4 hour minimum applies to all bookings. Payment: - Hourly rates: One child: $30/ hours. Two children $34/ hour. Three children $38/ hour. Four children $42/ hour. - A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. - The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the childcare provider in cash (Canadian Dollars), at the end of each booking. No exchange rates will be provided. - Gratuities are not included in the rates. Additional Fees: - Bookings ending after midnight will incur a $15.00 travel fee. - All Canadian statutory holidays and Valentines Day are subject to a 50% rate increase. - Double Rates apply on Christmas Eve/Day, and New Years Eve/Day. Babysitter Role & Responsibilities: I understand that the babysitter is an independent contractor engaged through Babysitting Revelstoke Agency. The primary responsibility of your babysitter is the care and supervision of your children, including indoor and outdoor play, meal preparation, diaper changes, bedtime routines, and tidying up after activities involving your children. Any additional tasks are at the babysitter’s discretion. Please inform your childcare provider of any electronic streaming or recording devices in use. Repeat Bookings & Insurance: - All repeat bookings must be arranged through Babysitting Revelstoke. Work arranged outside of our agency will result in termination of the sitter’s contract and discontinuation of your access to our services. - Our insurance covers only appointments booked directly through our office. Babysitters are not permitted to drive children or take them skiing, snowboarding, or mountain biking. Changes & Cancellations: - Please notify Babysitting Revelstoke of any changes or concerns regarding your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Changes requested with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to approval at the discretion of Babysitting Revelstoke. - For cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service, the deposit will be charged to the credit card on file and is non-refundable. Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, I, the parent/guardian, authorize the babysitter entrusted with my child(ren)’s care to consent to any necessary emergency medical treatment as advised by emergency personnel or a physician if I cannot be reached. I accept responsibility for any expenses incurred as a result of such treatment. By signing this agreement, I confirm that I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I acknowledge that I release and hold harmless Babysitting Revelstoke, its successors, assigns, agents, and affiliates from any loss, damage, or injury to property or persons, including myself and those for whom I am parent or guardian.
