Book Your Babysitter

I/We hereby grant permission for the above-named child(ren) to participate in the activities organized by Babysitting Revelstoke. I/We acknowledge and accept that participation in these activities may involve certain inherent risks.

Booking Times:

• All bookings require a minimum of 4 hours during the day and 3 hours during the evening (after 4pm).
• During peak holiday seasons, a 4 hour minimum applies to all bookings.

Payment:

• Hourly rates: 1 child: $30/hour. 2 children: $34/hour. 3 children: $38/hour. 4 children: $42/hour.
• Deposit (25%): At the time of booking, you will be charged 25% of the total cost as a non-refundable agency fee. A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• Remaining balance (75%): The remaining balance will be payable in cash directly to your babysitter at the end of each booking. Gratuities are not included in the rates.

Additional Fees:

• Bookings ending after midnight incur a $15.00 travel fee.
• Canadian statutory holidays and Valentine's Day are subject to a 50% rate increase.
• Double rates apply on Christmas Eve/Day and New Year's Eve/Day.

Babysitter Role & Responsibilities:

• I understand that the babysitter is an independent contractor engaged through Babysitting Revelstoke Agency. The primary responsibility of your babysitter is the care and supervision of your children.

Repeat Bookings & Insurance:

• All repeat bookings must be arranged through Babysitting Revelstoke Agency. Work arranged outside of our agency will result in termination of the babysitter's contract and discontinuation of your access to our services.
• Our insurance covers only appointments booked directly through our office.

Changes & Cancellations:

• Please notify Babysitting Revelstoke of any changes regarding your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Changes requested with less than 24 hours notice are subject to approval at the discretion of Babysitting Revelstoke.
• Booking deposits are non refundable.

Medical Emergencies:

• In the event of a medical emergency, I, the parent/guardian, authorize the babysitter entrusted with my child(ren)'s care to consent to any necessary emergency medical treatment as advised by emergency personnel or a physician if I cannot be reached. I accept responsibility for any expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.
• By signing this agreement, I confirm that I have read and understood all terms and conditions. I release and hold harmless Babysitting Revelstoke, its successors, assigns, agents, and affiliates from any loss, damage, or injury to property or persons.
